Google Play Books feeds 100,000 titles into Gemini AI
The new Expert Intelligence tool turns eligible e-books into AI-generated quizzes, infographics, and Audio Overviews inside Gemini Notebook.

Over 100,000 titles are already live in this, from publishers including Bloomsbury, Macmillan, O'Reilly, and Penguin Random House. Google also worked directly with more than 15 bestselling authors, including Steven Pinker and Michael Pollan, to build custom Featured Notebooks around their own books. That's the detail worth noticing: there's a version of this where your book is a data source and a version where you're a collaborator with a say in how it's used. Find out which one you are.
Why it matters to you: If your book is one of the 100,000+ titles already in Expert Intelligence, readers may already be generating quizzes and AI summaries from it, so check your book's "Tools" badge on Google Play Books this week to see if it's eligible.
