Here's the part that should worry you: you can do everything right, submit your correction, get your confirmation email, and the portal will still show your old, wrong record. That's not a glitch you caused — that's the system's own lag, and class counsel just admitted it out loud. My advice is simple: don't let a stale-looking portal talk you into resubmitting, panicking, or assuming you made an error. You didn't.
